We stand by our word and do what we say.Our Future: A continuing focus on productivity and profitably that deliver returns to our farmer-owned parent companies.Job DescriptionThe IT Manager will be responsible for:Front Line IT Support: Setup effective front line IT support process exploring options such as a combination of in-house IT administrator and use of 3rd parties.IT Projects: Lead IT development and projects required by the business, including cloud migration, business intelligence development, office 365 and ERP upgrade to latest version.IT Roadmap: Build 3-year IT road map, setting out investment required.IT Infrastructure: Ensure networks, servers and infrastructure are fit for purpose, risk assessed and robustly maintained.IT Security: Implement and monitor controls around cyber security.IT Maintenance & Housekeeping: Proactively ensuring all software, hardware, server rooms are well maintained, updated and tidy.IT Training: Ensure employees have suitable training, guidance and work instructions for all Eurilait platforms.IT Budget: Responsibility for IT Capex and Opex budgetsMarathon Food: Initial IT Risk Assessment and recommendation for IT procedures and managementThe Successful Applicant5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an operational businessTechnical competence & knowledge (infrastructure, security, IT applications)Proven leadership within previous rolesStrong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator at all levelsEvidence of success in managing relationships, internally and externallyProven experience working on IT projects and delivery (O365, Cloud, Microsoft ERP).What's on OfferThe IT Manager will be based near Shepton Mallet offering Hybrid working; 4 days on site with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
