Job Description
An IT Manager is required for a leading manufacturer, based in Hinckley. A salary of up to £50,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will be required to be hands on in all aspects of IT, looking after and supporting the networks, servers, infrastructure, VOIP and mobiles and all the back ups and data storage.
You will manage the full IT department, of around 5 people and manage the recruiting, training and coaching.
You will design, develop and implement systems and policies.

Skills Required
The IT Manager will ideally have the following experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Hands on experience with networks and network administration
- Understanding of servers, both inhouse and cloud-based
- Good knowledge of ITIL
