About the Company
A dynamic and innovative communications company based in London, spearheading a strategic initiative to bring their IT operations in-house. As they embark on this exciting journey, they are seeking a talented and hands-on IT Manager to join the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, reporting to the Global Head of IT based in New York and working closely with the UK senior partners in London.
Key Responsibilities
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various aspects of the IT operations, ranging from hands-on tasks such as service desk support and infrastructure management to overseeing strategic projects, integrations, and wider initiatives. This role involves collaboration on cross-office projects, especially with our counterpart in Rome. With a user base of 110, the successful candidate must be adaptable, wearing multiple hats to meet the diverse needs of our organization.
Skills and Experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Strong social skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proven experience managing IT projects and integrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to IT management.
Interview Process
1. Face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager the week of 30/11-06/12.
2. Second stage interview with 2 of the Senior Partner
Work Schedule
The IT Manager role will need to be in the office 3 days a week, with set office days being Tuesday and Thursday - you may choose the 3rd day.
