In line with the company's pioneering approach this IT Manager will play a key role in defining a new strategic direction of the company's infrastructure, networking & general IT policies leading an analysis of outsourced vs in-house capabilities to ensure the organisation's IT offering keeps pace with the wider growth plans. As such the ability to take charge of server management, telephone systems, network, software security and network provision is an absolute must.
This IT Manager based near Northampton should have most of the following key skills:
- A strong WinTel background
- Budget definition and spend management experience
- Extensive experience leading IT projects (Azure migrations, software, system implementations etc)
- Strong vendor management exposure
- Team leadership experience
- Disaster recovery knowledge
- Excellent senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience working in an SME manufacturing business would be a real plus
This IT Manager based near Northampton will receive:
