Job Title: IT Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus 33 Days Holiday, Flexible Working, Generous Pension, Company Bonus, Private Healthcare
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join a Global IT Company's team in Derby and manage their company's IT systems and networks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and networks, while also providing technical support and maintenance to staff.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain all IT systems and networks, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
* Provide technical support and maintenance for staff
* Manage user accounts and access rights
* Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and networks
* Develop and implement IT strategies and policies
* Monitor and manage IT security
* Investigate and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an IT Manager
* In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
* Knowledge of system security and data protection
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Technical Skills: Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Network Security, Network Management, Help Desk Support, Database Management.
