IT Network Architect – Contract
UK, London - Hybrid/Remote
InterQuest are working in partnership with a well-known Software House and we are looking for an experienced IT Network Architect with significant experience in Cisco networking gear, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers and automation tools.
Responsibilities & Experience
Advice Stakeholders across the organisation to identify business requirements and design network solutions that align with those requirements.
Design and support the implementation of networking layer for a cloud-based OpenStack.
Define the (BOM) including obtaining quotes fr network equipment as maybe necessary on behalf of the company and in line with internal processes, ensuring that the recommended equipment meets the organisations technical and business requirements while also being cost effective.
Creating labs for testing and deployment
Provide detailed deployment instructions to ensure successful implementation.
Develop automatization setups of all network equipment to increase efficiency and reduce potential for human error during deployment processes.
Advice and provide solutions to network engineers in order to produce high level and low-level designs which provide detailed specifications and instructions for the implantation of network infrastructure solutions.
