IT / Network Field Engineer - Retail
3 month contract outside IR35 - £300 - £380 a day outside IR35
Location: Various UK store locations
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled IT Field Engineer to install and swap out routers, configure SIP phones, and install switches at our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and replace routers.
- Set up and configure SIP phones.
- Install and configure network switches.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of router and switch installation and configuration.
- Experience with SIP phone setup.
- Basic understanding of network routing, VLANs, and IP addressing.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and independent work ability.
- Previous similar field technician experience, preferably in a retail setting.
Additional Information:
- Must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours if needed.
