My client is an award-winning MSP located in the heart of Dundee that has been providing IT support to organisations across the UK since 2004. They are passionate about the support they provide, and the tech they work with. This can be proved by their long-lasting client relationships, low employee turnover rate, or winning an award titled Elite Managed Service! They're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team as a Project Engineer!
Duties:
The majority of this role is focused on project delivery.
Working to a strong 2nd Line/3rd Line level of service.
Working on a massive variation of projects
Focused on implementation - integrating new technologies/hardware with clients.
Working onsite and remotely to support your client's projects.
Supporting clients during projects.
Building client relationships.
