Our Systems & Procedures Department provides an important role in developing the Company’s business systems and continually reviewing and streamlining our business processes.

Job Description
- IT Project Manager, responsible for the development of a series of bespoke business applications, to improve business processes and provide information to aid decision making.
- A permanent position in our Systems & Procedures Department based full-time at our office in Knutsford, Cheshire.
- This is a leadership role, with responsibility for mentoring, inspiring and guiding the effort of a dedicated team.
NOTE: The role will be supported by our internal experienced application testing team and technical experts.
Key Requirements
- At least 10 years relevant experience in leading successful IT Projects.
- Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APM, PPM, PMI etc).
- Experience working with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Comfortable travelling when required to liaise with business system users, programming agencies etc.
- Passionate about developing talent in your team.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Liasing with senior management to identify both tactical and strategic developments.
- Clarifying requirements with business system users and other stakeholders.
- Management of a series of application development projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Management and mentoring of an internal application development team.
- Management of external programming agencies.
