Role Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Tamworth - (Hybrid with Travelling to Client Sites)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus Company Car
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative software house to manage the end-to-end process of client projects. Engaging with key stakeholders both internal and external, you will manage and deliver product implementation projects to provide bespoke consultation and support based on each client's needs.
This is a hybrid position where you will majority of the time working remotely, going to client sites a few times a week and the odd visit to the main office based in Tamworth. You will need to have a valid UK Driving License to be considered for this position, using a company car to travel to client sites.
Role
As a part of the Implementation Services Team, you will be a key stakeholder in supporting tailored application implementation projects. The team will have on average 35 live projects going at any given time, ranging from small QOL projects lasting a few days to fresh client implementation projects lasting several months.

- Creating and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships to ensure all aspects of the project process are understood, translated to internal stakeholders, and implemented to the highest standards.
- Manage customer expectations by developing realistic project plans based on project complexity and resource availability.
- Ensure initial conversations with stakeholders identify well-defined project scope and requirements.
- Participate in an iterative and agile support environment to ensure project relevancy based on client needs.

- Project Planning Tool Experience (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.)
- Interaction with Change Management Projects
- Prince2 Practitioner Certified PreferrableTam
- SQL Query Writing and Database Reporting Knowledge Preferrable
