Job Description

This is a fixed term contract until 31/12/2025, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This position is based at our UK Head Office in Andover, Hampshire; the successful candidate would be required to travel to the office 3 days per week.


Main Purpose of the Role

  • Responsible for supporting the deployment of D365 for Le Creuset’s back-office areas for Europe and be part of the wider delivery team running this rollout.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the Finance work stream in an ERP project across Europe.
  • Accountable for the delivery of the Finance solution, ensuring that the project is aligned with the scope of the deliverables, meets the needs of the business, and complies with Le Creuset technology standards and principles.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards, that they are mobilised in the right way, that the outputs are clear, and that progress is driven to ensure that scope, time, quality, and cost targets are met on a consistent basis.


Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • with business stakeholders and the IT Team to plan and schedule the delivery of key work stream activities.
  • delivery of agreed technical and business solutions, in collaboration with work stream leads and technical teams.
  • with business analysts, business users, other departments within Le Creuset, and third-party vendors to ensure that the right team is in place to ensure that the agreed benefits are capable of being delivered.
  • responsive and agile techniques where appropriate to ensure that the pace of the implementation matches the expectations of the business teams.
  • strong working relationships with key stakeholders.


Governance and Controls

  • an appropriate level of governance and control to ensure effective delivery.
  • timely, accurate and meaningful project reporting consistent with Le Creuset standards.
  • intervention to escalate risks and issues on a timely basis.
  • management of key stakeholders.


Documentation

  • systems are documented appropriately according to IT standards.
  • proper documentation is provided from 3rd parties.
  • planning support for effective Release and Service Transition is provided.
  • time to time and as deemed appropriate, ad hoc tasks will be assigned. These should be completed to the agreed standard and timescale.


Knowledge Required

5+ years experience in Finance ERP Project Management

Experience of managing projects with a mixed team of internal and external resources


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP or similar.
  • F&O Background would be valuable.

Other Information

This position may require travel within the UK and Europe so a full UK driving licence and valid Passport are essential.
