Position : Project Manager - Telecommunications
Location : Hybrid, London
Job Type : Full-time, Inside IR35
Flint are looking for a Project Manager to work with one of the major telecommunications providers in the UK.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
- Ensure projects align with the company's strategic objectives and comply with regulatory standards.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Analyze financial data, including budgets, expenditures, and return-on-investment projections.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
