They are seeking a Procurement / Category manager to look after IT and some other indirects during a period of change and focus on sustainability. This highly innovative company has a highly collaborative yet dynamic culture and is a great organisation to work for. Central London base 1 or 2 days a week and 3 or 4 from home. IT Purchasing Manager will have: Good end to end IT or Indirect Procurement knowledge from a blue chip or high technology environment. Evidence of developing category strategies either in a leading or supporting role. Good negotiation; risk assessment and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding and management of end-to-end RFP processes, contract award and supplier management. Good understanding of contract law and legal principles.
