If yes, then this could be the role for you! Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their rapidly expanding team in the centre of town offering blending / hybrid working.
Our client is looking for somebody who will be a key member of the managed services team in building and maintaining relationships with clients as well as overseeing the on-goings of the IT Support teams. This is a role which requires a blend of skills in IT management as well as hands on technical ability, in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects and tasks are all going on at once, so being able to adapt quickly is a must.
Key responsibilities:
Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with end clients to consistently be able to adhere to their changing business needs, including conducting regular service reviews.
Communicating with 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure the managed service team are fulfilling the needs of the client.
Preparing proposals, approving invoices, and inputting to contracts.
Resolve major incidents as well as any issues that arise from the IT support team.
Looking for someone who:
Has a technical mind-set and managerial experience, (ideally within a service desk-based environment).
Has prior experience working towards service level agreements.
Has a proven track record of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Has a working knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Systems centre suite, as well as core Microsoft server product experience and Microsoft Desktop deployment and support.
