IT Service Delivery Manager - Fully Remote- £35,000
IT Service Delivery Manager required to join our client, a fast paced and growing business based in Dorset, offeres on a fully remote basis. The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement, customer satisfaction and operational service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintaining and developing customer relationships and deliver contract commitments in an IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer Support onboarding is carried out to a high standard
On-board new customers into the team by managing service initiation tasks
Ownership of proactive maintenance tasks for each client
Manage delivery of proactive maintenance campaigns
Identify, review and coordinate implementation of service improvements
Manage change control of customer documentation
Ownership of communication with customers during P1 critical incidents
Write customer reports for critical incidents
Provide Account Managers with incident history/progress
Manage customer complaints and improvement activities
Proactively monitor support tickets and trends/root cause analysis
Be the on-call escalation point for internal team and customers
Requirements:
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation preferred
Demonstrable experience of IT Service Management
3+ years of IT Service Management experience (for an MSP preferred)
Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure including Virtualisation, Wi-Fi, and Cloud Technology
Understanding of Network Topology
Understanding of Telecoms
Understanding of PMO - Project Management, Programme Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Service Delivery (Prince2)
