IT Service Desk Analyst - Central London - £35,000 - 1st & 2nd Line Support

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a leading London-based Law firm client of ours.

Our client is very modern in its approach and is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst who is happy to provide 1st & 2nd Line support to their London Office.

Responsibilities

  • Call Logging
  • Troubleshooting
  • Customer service
  • Technical support for Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, iManage DMS
  • Issue Prioritization
  • Hardware/Software Installation

Skills & Qualifications

  • High level of IT literacy
  • Fully conversant in Office 365 and Windows 11
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a Service Desk environment
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred, not required)
  • ITIL Qualifications (preferred, not required)
