Job Description Brook Street are proud to be working with an established company in the heart of Peterborough that are on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst to join their expanding team.This company offer some of the best benefits on the market as well as a modern, City Centre office!Hours 9am - 5:30pm (Hybrid, 2-3 days WFH)City Centre location - PeterboroughSkills & DutiesYou will be responsible for providing front-line support to users within the business on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripheralsYou will be responsible for documenting and resolving service tickets against an SLABe technically minded and have an interest in IT generally. (Experience within the industry not always essential as full training provided, but must have interest in field/hobbies etc)Have a can-do, enthusiastic attitude!Be able to work under pressure and at pace.Have strong active listeningPossess strong communication skills and customer focusedAttention to detail and problem-solving experienceWillingness to learn and developDoes the above sound like you?
