IT Service Desk Manager
Our client based near Blackpool, Lancashire is currently looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager. You will be working for a growing organisation that offers fantastic career development and training.
Responsibilities:
Delivering an excellent IT Service Desk Function for our office users on a day-to-day basis.
Working with a small team of experienced support analysts your role will include day-to-day monitoring of call queues, monitoring of SLAs, Escalations, workload allocation, trend analysis, team development, and the preparation/build of hardware for use in the business.
Working with the wider IT team and third-party suppliers, you will seek solutions to regularly occurring issues and problems liaising with the development and systems teams as appropriate to achieve fixes within SLA.
Providing excellent IT support to our store and office colleagues across Windows and iOS platforms
Supporting Microsoft Office and Applications
End-user training
Skills and experience:
IT Service Desk supervisory experience
Ability to communicate well & work with other team members anddepartments
Experience with Microsoft Windows
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Basic Networking principles
