Job
The job of Service Desk Officer will give you the opportunity to be involved with:
- Fully supporting all uploaded and opened cases on the service desk, from troubleshooting technical issues to supporting with meeting set up
- Create and control various user accounts, often communicating with senior staff members to ensure the business is technically sound
- Reviewing emails that have been flagged by spam filters
- Work on remote access with employees in various location at home and abroad
- Ensure all service desk documentation is correctly maintained and stored
You
As A Service Desk Officer, you will be skilled and/or qualified in the following:
- Be skilled in a service desk capacity, ideally with experience in a professional environment
- Be able to work with Microsoft OS and all related hardware
- Be patient and able to explain often complex issues in simple terms
- Security minded and able to stick to strict rules around data protection
- Driving license preferable but not essential
