IT Service Manager
Manchester, UK – Hybrid working
Up to £55,000 basic salary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and dynamic IT Service Manager to join a leading consumer focused business, playing a pivotal role in improving IT service levels across the organisation.
The IT Service Manager will be responsible for identifying and delivering increased performance and reduced cost, liaising closely with key IT operations teams and building relationships with a wide variety of business stakeholders.
In addition, the IT Service Manager will also act as an escalation point for all IT issues and problems, ensuring that effective plans are put in place to reduce impact on the business, and creating strategies to avoid repeat incidents.
IT Service Manager – Key Requirements:
This role will be based out of the client's head office in Manchester, though will require travel to other sites across the UK.
