This role is to provide high quality Support for Mach Recruitments IT Infrastructure landscape through the management of mission critical IT systems and infrastructure.This role is responsible for delivering the continued provision of business-critical systems and information, and the successful candidate will have at least four years experience working within an IT support environment, with a strong ability to take lead on technical issues.

As an experienced IT professional, youll be helping to build robust and repeatable services whilst delivering high quality support.
Key responsibilities:
Provide high quality, professional and informed support to customers, both internal and external, ensuring that all escalated incidents and requests are dealt with according to SLAs and that system availability meets business requirements.
Liaising with 3rd Party service providers relating to IT business systems and infrastructure.
Providing support to ongoing projects as appropriate.
Deliver prompt handling of change requests, ensuring that testing standards are rigorous and user acceptance testing is meticulous as assigned.
The maintenance and ongoing improvement of IT business systems and infrastructure, seeking opportunities for consolidation, clouding, or upgrading to newer and more versatile applications.
Compiling, preparing, and updating technical procedure manuals ensuring the Service Desk Knowledge Base is accurate.
Key skills
Microsoft Intune
Office 365 (SharePoint, Security and Compliance)
Deploying and maintaining servers in Azure
Microsoft Networking (AD, DNS)
Hyper-V / Windows Server 2012-2016
Firewalls (ideally SonicWALL)

Advantageous skills
Any experience of supporting time and attendance-based system that includes remote clocking in devices.
