Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Sheffield, England
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE

My client is a Times Top 100 employer leader in the smart energy revolution. As the company continues to grow they are looking to add an IT Support Technician to their team due to an internal promotion.
As the IT Support Technician you will be an escalation point for the service desk and will work closely with the Head of IT on bespoke software and projects with the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal staff and customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including VPNs and remote access
- Configure and maintain computer systems, including installing and updating software
- Manage and maintain IT inventory and assets
- Provide user training and support on various software applications
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve IT-related issues
