IT Support Engineer - 35K + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 days holiday - Onsite Gym - Hybrid Working - Ilkley (20 minute train from Leeds & Bradford)
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join an established, industry leading organisation with offices in Ilkley (20 minute train from Leeds & Bradford). They have featured in both the The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and Financial Times fast growing companies.

IT Support Engineer experience:
* VMware / ESX
* Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and Hyper-V virtualisation
* Veeam Backup and Replication
* Microsoft Teams
* Microsoft Azure
* Office 365
* Networking
* Active Directory
We are not expecting the IT Support Engineer to have experience in all the technologies above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!
Working within an IT team of 6 you will be the first escalation point for the Service Desk Team. You will assist the Service Desk Team Leader and the Service Delivery Manager in setting service desk targets, provide guidance and sharing knowledge with Service Desk Analysts on best practice and ways of working.
You will be self motivated IT Support Engineer, a good communicator and have a natural desire to create an fluid environment. The successful IT Support Engineer should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
