A fantastic opportunity to work as an IT Support Engineer in an organisation that's leading sophisticated instrumentation, digital imaging products and software, aerospace and defense electronics, and engineered systems.
As an IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1st Line day-to-day onsite and remote support
Resolving and troubleshooting IT tickets
Building, deploying and decommissioningPC's
Troubleshooting network or hardware issues
Managing user accounts
Skills and experience desired as an IT Support Engineer:
Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a relevant IT role
Experience with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365
Experience administering and supporting IT systems
Demonstrable IT problem solving skills
