CV Screen are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a fantastic IT Support Company who provide support to organisations in Hampshire, London and the North West of England.
This excellent company were established over 25 years ago and have a fantastic and friendly management team, who employ over 50 staff across the UK. They are also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, a VMware enterprise partner, a Cisco Systems SMB select partner and a certified Microsoft small business specialist, so you will be given the opportunity to gain training and experience in a wide range of areas.
THE ROLE:
The IT Support Engineer role will provide 1st and 2nd line telephone and remote technical support to clients, ensuring that the IT needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Previous experience in an ICT Helpdesk Support Services role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications including Office 365
Good understanding of network services such as; Active Directory, Group Policy, Routing etc
Be able to diagnose and, where possible resolve, faults to Server, PC, Laptop and Tablet hardware.
