Job Description
Join our team in our head office in Kettering as an IT support engineer!
Your main duties would be to install and maintain computer hardware and software systems for our local offices; looking after tech inventory and stock keeping.
Our idea candidate would:
Have knowledge about server setup and maintenance
Have knowledge of setting up internet across different networks
Be able to work in both windows and mac os to assist with installing and preparing for use, as well as support with general enquiries
Be patient and work with our team to support with technical issues
Preferably have knowledge/experience of working with CCTV
Be able to reinstall windows and mac OS as part of formatting laptops
Be able to perform cable management
Speak english well to communicate with others
Be able to keep stock of equipment used in offices such as cameras, etc.
Have experience in installing and using team viewer or similar programs
Requirements:
Level 3 in IT or similar qualifications
Driving licence and own transport
Good level of english

For the first 2-3 weeks while installing new offices, this job will be full time. Afterwards, only part time presence (16 hrs/week) will be needed and as required for emergency technical issues.
