The Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you'll be joining a team that serves as the initial point of escalation for Service Desk Analysts. The role will involve diagnosing, logging, and updating calls, as well as troubleshooting issues and you will have complete ownership of the Support call queues, ensuring that calls are effectively managed, assigned, escalated, and most importantly, resolved within the SLA to provide users with the best possible customer service.
This position requires both technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
Office 365
MS Exchange (desirable)
Hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 remotely - but will need to be flexible to move around or come in for additional days if required
