Job Description
IT Support Engineer is required to join a successful and busy Operations Department, for an office based on-site role in Blandford, North Dorset.
The successful candidate will be flexible and willing to learn in an ever-changing entrepreneurial environment.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (can be flexible) - ON SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK
Salary of up to £25kpa depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Senior engineers to deliver and integrate products.
Work in a fast-paced environment where you will work on a varied range of tasks such as implementations of projects, new or enhanced products
Support all project activities within the team to ensure delivery of testing, installation, and support across a wide and varied customer base.
Completion of operational system checking documents used to ensure repeatable implementation processes.
Provide and apply product troubleshooting and problem solving across our platform and application domains.
Be able to understand the importance of key Customer Service Level Agreements, and metrics.
Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience or education in Information Technology
Experience or knowledge of supporting, building, testing PC 's and server hardware and software
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
