Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Driving License / Own Vehicle Required)
Location: North West London
Salary: £28,000
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team based in North West London.
The successful candidate will provide 1st / 2nd Line Support to users in the London area (multiple sites). You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT related problems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing support to end users.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1st / 2nd line technical support to customers at different sites
Identify, diagnose and resolve technical problems
Manage and maintain hardware and software
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
Maintain and document technical support cases
Set up new users, desk moves, cabling
Asset management of IT Equipment
Monitor and maintain backup systems
Technical Skills Required:
Have experience working in a Windows environment including Windows Server 2016/2019
Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Experience with MS Office Suite and Office 365
Worked with Microsoft Azure, MS Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Please note you must have a drivers licence and willingness to use own car as support may often involve site visits to different locations (REQUIRED).
