We are looking for a Graduate with excellent communication skills, keen to hit the ground running. Graduate IT support Full time, permanent * £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience EndtoEnd provides intuitive cloud-based business management packages, tailored specifically for timber window manufacturers and installers. We cover every stage of the process from enquiry to quotation, design and manufacture, right through to installation or delivery - completely streamlining the workflow. We are looking to strengthen our support and implementation team with a Graduate based in the West Yorkshire area. About the graduate role: The role is focused on new client implementation projects, user support and development testing.A graduate in a technology or business-related subject * Ability to take responsibility for issues or projects and follow through to completion * Full UK Driving Licence The role would be primarily office based in Ripponden, West Yorkshire with some travel to client premises (currently in the UK only) when required. Duties of the graduate role * Online and phone-based system and customer support. * Training and support for new client implementations. * Testing new software/ developments. * Answering Phone Calls. * How to apply for the Graduate IT Support role: No agencies please.
