Job Title: IT Support Team Leader
Office Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

My client is an enterprise-level company that is the market leader in there industry. This role will require you to manage teams across two offices.
Key skills required
- experience managing a multi-site team.

Main responsibilities
- and managing incidents and requests via the ticketing system and management escalations.
- that the desktop estate is maintained, and assets are documented accurately in CMDB.
