Job Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Gateshead
Salary: £22,000 - £27,800
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join a thriving multi-academy trust in Gateshead.
As an IT Support Technician, you will provide first and second-line support to staff and students across the organization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, installing hardware and software, and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.
You will also be wokring closely with the Network Manager who will be putting you through a personalised development plan. You will also gain exposure to exciting projects such as server migrations and network installations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-line IT support to staff and students
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Install and configure hardware and software
* Maintain IT systems and ensure their smooth operation
* Create and manage user accounts
* Support the IT team in projects and initiatives
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Experience with Windows Servers
* Office 365
* Knowledge of AV
* Network troubleshooting
