As IT Support Technician, you will: Have a great work/life balance with rotating shifts allowing for extra time off Receive an enhanced pension scheme Gain support with training to enable you to further develop your skills Be entitled to a wellbeing programme and medicash Identify, investigate & resolve issues within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material Flow Systems (MFS) Be responsible for escalation & liaising with 2nd/3rd line Support and often assisting, as well as working alongside the team of Engineers Be in a client facing role, so you will need to have strong communication and relationship building skills Requirements: BSc or HND/HNC in Computer Science, IT Engineering or equivalent SQL queries strong Linux command line Strong Windows strong Networks strong Warehouse knowledge

Designs test scenarios to identify system issues.
Creates documentation and training materials.
Designs, generates, and maintains reports detailing the daily operations of the systems.
Analyzes system daily operation reports to track and identify improvement.
Updates help-desk ticketing system to track, monitor, and resolve issues.
Effectively communicates with customers in high-impact scenarios.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals.
