£30,000 to £35,000 p/a + Progression + Company Benefits
Are you a skilled IT Support Technician looking for the opportunity to progress your career within one of the most exciting GreenTech Organisations in the world?
On offer is the exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join a global organisation at the forefront of the renewable energy sector. Their Industry leading solutions help to deliver solar plant data and analytics to solar energy companies around the world, helping to combat climate change and reduce overall emissions.
In this role, the successful IT Support Technician will be working directly with the Head of Technology to adopt new technologies and streamline processes. Furthermore, they will be maintaining in-house systems, network infrastructure and onboarding new machines.
This role would suit an ambitious 1st/2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer who wants to work at a British GreenTech company at the cutting edge of the world of renewable energy.
The Role:
Provide technical support, including troubleshooting hardware issues for employees.
Assisting the Head of Technology onboarding new technology.
Maintaining in-house systems and network infrastructure.
The Person:
Experience as a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
M365 / AzureAD experience
