In this role you will be providing IT and Technical support internally within the company. You will be assisting the IT manager/Head of IT and acting as the first point of contact for any IT queries in the office. You will also be Infrequently visiting other sites nationally to provide IT Support to the company's various branches around the country.
This role would suit an IT Graduate/Junior looking to enter the IT industry working for a leader in it's field in a role where you will be provided with internal training and opportunities to rapidly progress in a thriving and growing company.
The Role:
Providing IT and Technical Support In-Office
IT Infrastructure and Security Support
Assisting and shadowing the IT Manager
Travelling to different company branches nationally
The Person:
Degree/Education/Similar in IT
Good communication and people skills
Local to Sheffield
