As the successful IT Systems Coordinator your duties will include:
Provide front, second, third line IT support to employees on site and remotely
Manage the onsite corporate network hardware and infrastructure
Oversee the management of corporate IT projects
Create, implement and maintain corporate IT policies and procedures
Develop strong corporate relationships to assess their technology, support and security needs
Provide assessments and pitch IT equipment and service packages during meetings or presentations
Offer innovative solutions that meet needs while remaining cost effective
Maintain relationships with technology, software and security vendors
Maintain familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services and other developments
Coordinate troubleshooting, support and service for equipment and networks when necessary
Skills:
Knowledge and experience of IT policy and procedure creation, implementation and management
Knowledge and experience managing IT supplier relationships, monitoring and measuring supplier performance against contractual requirements
Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Administration suite including Active Directory, Exchange and Sharepoint
Strong understanding of Hosted cloud solutions including AWS and Azure
Knowledge and experience managing networking hardware and networking principles including Wifi
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The successful IT Systems Coordinator will have previous experience working in a similar level role and will enjoy being a part of a close-knit team within a fast-paced environment. In return you will receive a salary between £39,000 - £42,000 per annum with excellent benefits including a bonus scheme along with a hybrid working model.
