IT Systems Engineer
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Plus 33 Days Holiday, Flexible Working,

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join a market leading Manufacturing company based in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of the company's IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, maintain and monitor the company's IT systems, networks and infrastructure.
* Diagnose hardware/software faults and provide technical assistance to users.
* Provide IT systems support and advice to users.
* Assist with the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
* Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Technical Skills Required:
* Experience working with Windows servers, networking and storage systems
* Knowledge of system security (firewalls, data encryption, etc.)
* Experience with cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS
* Experience with virtualisation technologies, such as VMware
* Familiarity with network protocols, such as TCP/IP and DHCP
