IT Support Technician – Law Firm - Chesterfield & Sheffield A transforming law firm seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide first, second, and third-line support across their Chesterfield and Sheffield offices. Manage Active Directory, Legal Applications, and IP Telephony systems. Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers. Assist in delivering technical projects. Deliver a first-class customer service and contribute to the improvement of service delivery Essential Skills Proficiency in MS Windows, Servers, Active Directory, and Office 365. Knowledge of cybersecurity and firewall management. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
