An Automotive Giant is on the brink of a revolutionary change in the way they manage our materials, from Idea to Product, with the deployment of a new manufacturing systems on site. To support this ambitious endeavor, we are actively seeking an experienced IT trainers & Systems Trainer to join their team.
Given the nature role, they are looking for someone who has created & delivered training with a focus on IT software or systems. This role will require someone to both create & deliver training, so knowledge of Training Needs Analysis and working with stakeholders is essential.
Your primary responsibility will be to design, create, and deliver top-notch training programs to empower the end-users. With a clear vision of delivering a unified end-to-end process and toolset, they are committed to providing our employees with always-live data and dashboards, enabling them to focus entirely on value creation.
Therefore they are interested in speaking to people who have have managed to deliver TNA and learning from start to finish in various sectors.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES 5 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE - this is due to the amount of delivery needed in the first few months.
