The Colchester Teacher Training Consortium wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and well-organised professional to lead the strategic development of Initial Teacher Training across Primary and Secondary ITT in order to achieve the highest quality, effective and successful training programmes with our partner schools. The Colchester Teacher Training Consortium has been recognised by Ofsted as being an outstanding provider.
Suitable candidates will have leadership experience within an education setting and have actively engaged with initial teacher training, Early Career Framework or the National Professional Qualifications. Applications will be considered as a job share for suitable candidates.
