Calling all Japanese-speaking call centre agents!!!
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our client, a leader in aviation Sales Centre team, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, sell tickets, and promote one of their renowned mileage schemes.
This is a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent, depending on business and performance, as long as the candidate's visa allows.
Main purpose of job:
- Deliver top-notch customer service to passengers
- Sell tickets and advocate for their schemes
- Support the Sales team in various tasks
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, and railways
- Process ticketing and refunds using AMADEUS system
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Assist customers during irregular operations and flight cancellations
- Ensure smooth communication with global offices, airports, and other airlines
Essential skills & experience:
- Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written)
- Professional communication skills
- Proficient in computer usage
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent time management skills
Desirable:
- Familiarity with other airlines' Frequent Flyer Programmes and AMADEUS system
- GCSE Maths & English grade C or above, or equivalent
- Customer service qualification (Certificate or NVQ)
Training:
- Thorough training provided to ensure success in your role
Hours of work:
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays

Salary:
