Job Description
We are seeking a Lead or Senior and Mid-level Full Stack Java Developer to spearhead the enhancement of our Post Trade Confirmation and Settlements platform.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enhancement of the Post Trade Confirmation and Settlements platform.
- Provide hands-on development, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Shape the team by recruiting, training, and providing ongoing support.
- Guide the team on technical direction, best practices, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and meets performance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.
Essential Experience:
- Proficiency in Java for backend development.
- Expertise in frontend development using Angular or React.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience in leading development teams and providing technical leadership.
Desired Experience:
- Familiarity with Wall Street Systems.
- Experience with Post Trade Confirmations and Settlements processes.
- Understanding of financial services and trading environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Java.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
