This is where you come in.

As a Jira Align Consultant, you will be managing several projects for different customers autonomously within the same week - we have over 5,000 customers and we work for teams of various sizes from various fields... in other words, you'll never get bored!
As part of the delivery team, you will be supporting our customers closely throughout the application life cycle phases of solutions assessment, design, implementation, deployment, and the delivery of Atlassian collaborative tools.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

  • Deliver billable consulting services around the Atlassian products
  • Apply project management methodology effectively in a wide variety of situations
  • Own and lead the delivery of short and medium-sized client projects (up to 2 months in length)
  • Participate in the full project life cycle, taking ideas from concept through full deployment
  • Liaise with customers to kick-off projects, follow their completion and validate delivery

Customer Management:

  • Develop customer relationship and expectation management by independently working with customers
  • Communicate effectively with team members both internally and with customers
  • Ensure a solid understanding of business objectives associated with projects and/or programs
  • Demonstrate influence towards positive outcomes, internally and externally with customers

Consulting Excellence:

  • Deliver Jira Align training models customized to client's specific implementation and requirements
  • Provide Agility coaching to organizations in transformation
  • Define rollout and adoption of SAFe Agile Framework, incorporating Atlassian technology stack throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and train teams in SAFe Practices using Jira and Jira Align
  • Leverage technical competence and implementation experience to develop functional and technical solution skills
  • Take part in the delivery of high-added value projects, such as technical audits, functional audits, and advanced software configuration
  • Develop an awareness of the competitive landscape including key differentiators and competitive positioning

Collaboration:
  • Become our expert in one area of the business (Agile development, Service desk...) or the leader on one of our products
  • Help the sales team with technical questions during the pre-sales process
  • Share expertise and experience with team members
  • Actively participate in internal knowledge-base and blog

Your SkillsLeading the adoption of Agile frameworks across multiple disciplines and organizations through coaching, mentoring, and custom training. Specializing in Implementation/training of Jira Align with SAFe framework.
  • Significant industry, technology and services experience
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Demonstrated leadership ability resulting in customer success
  • Ability to effectively articulate a recommendation to both senior-level decision makers and key technical influencers
  • Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
  • You have delivered small to mid-size technical projects in a previous role
  • Ideally, you have prior experience in consulting, technical support, software development or pre-sales activity
  • Ability to install, configure and implement Atlassian solutions. We don't expect you to do any coding
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (ALM) and of the tools used to support it
