Description

We're GEEIQ (pronounced like ‘Geek') and we’re a data platform and insights provider that’s used by the likes of Gucci, Walmart, L’Oreal and Porsche to navigate and engage virtual worlds. Think Ralph Lauren in Fortnite, or Elton John in Roblox.
We believe that the metaverse hype is over and that brands demand more than just good press when it comes to activating in these spaces, they need to be able to measure, attribute and identify tangible revenue opportunities. That’s where our platform comes in.
Based in London, GEEIQ is a team of 35 with plans to grow substantially in the next 24 months. Predominantly office-based, our working environment fosters collaboration and innovation.
Our Client Services team integrates themselves seamlessly within the brands they work with to deliver data-led decisions on key project strategies. The makeup of the team consists of metaverse, gaming and Web3 enthusiasts who champion the GEEIQ platform and provide a data led approach to the strategies they implement with each brand. Through our platform, our Client Services team helps brands become native to virtual spaces by cutting out the noise and putting data at the heart of brand strategies.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic Client Services team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Collaborating closely with an Account Director, you'll support them with research, reporting, and presentation development, while bringing fresh perspectives and a keen eagerness to learn.

As a Junior Account Executive, you'll be servicing the needs of our clients such as Walmart, Givenchy, HUGO BOSS, and Beiersdorf. This role offers ample opportunities to collaborate directly with these teams, contributing meaningfully to project strategies and outcomes. You'll also have the chance to engage with stakeholders through both virtual and face-to-face presentations.

The role will require you to be detail-oriented and meticulous in your deliverables, particularly the presentations you create. You'll delve into a diverse array of brands, engaging with senior stakeholders on projects that push the boundaries of innovation within their industries.

What will your day look like

  • Supporting across all client comms on projects. It will be your responsibility to ensure tasks are completed within given timelines.
  • Creating strategy & data analysis presentations that are concise and visually impactful. Highly proficient presentation-building skills are mandatory.
  • Completing day to day tasks on the project. Maintaining the high standards expected from our clients.
  • Scheduling client meetings and supporting AM/AD with - setting the agenda where required, taking minutes of the discussion and following up with action points.
  • Offering creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects.
  • Playing a supporting role in the account management team in the delivery of client-facing materials, ensuring all work submitted to clients is quality checked.
  • Collating data and insights for monitoring and evaluation, and reporting updates.
  • Collaborating closely with other team members.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft and Google productivity suites, including Excel/Google sheets
