What are we looking for and what will you do at Darwinex?

As an Account Manager and Sales Agent, your role entails executing essential tasks to provide support across all levels, emphasizing speed, efficiency, and maintaining a high level of courtesy and professionalism in client interactions. Here are some of the daily responsibilities you’ll engage in:

  • Providing support to clients ensuring speed, efficiency, and a high degree of courtesy and professionalism in dealing with clients, whether by phone, email, or in face-to-face meetings.
  • Resolution of technical queries from clients, aiming to satisfy them with friendly behavior, a proactive attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
  • Monitoring client issues in order to provide a satisfactory solution.
  • Direct response to client requests when appropriate and referral to the corresponding department.
  • Responsible for achieving prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration in the review and processing of client documentation.

Minimum requirements

  • Essential: Very high level of English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Proactive communication and friendliness.
  • Passion for learning and acquiring new knowledge about product and service evolution.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
  • Experience in the financial sector, ideally in a support/sales team.

Desirable:

  • Highly desirable proficiency in a third language: French, Italian, German, or other.
  • Highly desirable knowledge of trading and financial products (CFDs, forex, commodities, indices, stocks, futures, ETFs, etc.).
  • Knowledge of trading platforms: MetaTrader, TWS, etc.
  • Qualification or certificate to provide financial advice to clients (EFA or similar).
  • Basic/intermediate level of HubSpot or similar CRM, Confluence, JIRA.
  • Experience with the Interactive Brokers platform.
