Tees River is a long-biased hedge fund located in Buckinghamshire. We specialize in investing in the Clean Energy Transition, focusing on both miners of commodities and developers of technologies that support this transition. We manage three funds: a Uranium / Nuclear Power strategy, a pan-commodity Critical Resources strategy, and a Medical and Energy Isotopes strategy. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Analyst at Tees River Limited. As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the CIO and Investment Analyst conducting research, monitoring, updating company models and notes, analysing data, and providing insights to support investment decisions. Additionally, you will support the Investor Relations function as required evaluating the performance of portfolio investments, as well as conducting industry and market research.


This role is based in Buckinghamshire, with flexibility for some remote work.


Base salary will be in the range of £35-45k, together with additional benefits including annual discretionary bonus scheme, private healthcare and pension.


Qualifications

  • 0-3 years relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent research and problem-solving abilities
  • Evidence of interest in financial modelling and data analysis
  • Knowledge of the Clean Energy industry and trends
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
