Job Description

The AEG Presents Festival team are searching for a Junior Content and Social Media Manager who will devise and create successful and effective social media campaigns that will result in an engaged and captive audience.

You'll grow the BST Hyde Park and All Points East social media channels (primarily Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and relaunch and develop the festival YouTube channels.
Whilst being an integral component in the Festival's communications strategy, by acting as the day-to-day voice on the event channels; you'll work with the AEG Presents Festival Marketing Team using social media to help achieve marketing and business objectives; and support the Digital Marketing Manager on projects including the websites and festival apps.
We're looking for a digital native with a deep understanding of the social media discipline and a track record of success and achievement in this space. You'll be well versed in the technology associated with social media, customer communications and online marketing.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, you'll be a fantastic copywriter with experience of writing for digital platforms.
Skilful in creating social content when faced with very few assets; you'll have the ability to create and adopt a new tone of voice and be able to research content and have a good eye for image selection.
You'll have experience of managing several brands simultaneously; using web-based content management systems and other databases; and of publishing to social-media platforms.
You'll also have experience of researching for new projects and fact-checking information; be solutions focussed and enjoy working in a high achieving environment.
