The uber talented and incredibly driven person selected for this role will play a pivotal part in the delivery and development of our data solution; also, be the single point of contact for data mining, automation and presentation. To ignite this role, you’ll need to think customer first, be commercially aware and adept at spotting and communicating opportunities.




Immediate Responsibilities and Hot Projects



  • Development of standardised dynamic and static reports for all areas of the business
  • Establish a reporting benchmark and process across the business
  • Get under the hood of marketing, ops, tech to understand current reporting needs & opportunities
  • Align the business using cross functional reports that tie in certain cause and effect elements critical to scaling
  • Work with the Senior team to design, develop and enhance data capture and reporting tools
  • Support the Senior team on the generation and maintenance of meaningful management information across every level of the business



Day to day responsibilities



  • Management of our Data Analytics Warehouse, all automated reports and back end data lake
  • Engineering and development of our DAW maintaining health and building for the future
  • You’ll drive performance through analysing in and cross functional data and presenting opportunities
  • Undertaking data analysis within assigned projects
  • Delivering data solutions and data lifecycles
  • Collecting, extracting and analysing data from complex sources
  • Managing APIs from health and integration points of view
  • Analysing and providing data on all key operational performance, suggesting improvements and changes where necessary
  • Make sure quality standards are met and deadlines achieved
  • Support others throughout the business to improve their use and understanding of data
  • Maintain ahead of the curve industry knowledge within customer experience
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the internal team

Location



Please note this position is to be based out of Runcorn HQ in Cheshire Monday - Thursday with Friday a home working day. Please bare this in mind for submitting an application.
