Junior Engineering / Technical Manager (Electrical / Mechanical)
£35,000 - £38,000 + Bonus + Full Technical Training + Career Progression
Office based, Commutable from Bristol, Avonmouth and surrounding areas
Are you from an Engineering background with design experience, looking for a role where you will be given full training and mentorship from the current Technical Manager, with the view to step up into a fully skilled management role within a technical engineering company where you will be part of the next generation of the business and play a pivotal part in their growth?
This is a great opportunity for a technically minded engineer to become fully trained in this company and work towards becoming a go-to specialist where you will be hands on and oversee a team of 4 people.
This company have been established for over 20 years and are part of one of the largest electrical wholesalers in the UK.
This role will suit a Technically minded engineer looking for progression into management.

*Overseeing a small team of 4 specialists
*Managing Workloads and Projects across the Design and Aftersales team

*Previous Engineering background
*Has AutoCAD or Design Experience
*Is looking for a managerial role
