I am recruiting a Junior Family Solicitor for a leading law firm based in Basingstoke that is going through an exciting period of growth and modernisation. This 9 partner firm has been going through an exciting period of growth and modernisation since a merger in 2020. Here there is a commitment to attracting and retaining the brightest talent with key hires coming from large regional firms.

Of course growth is not possible without staff retention, In addition to some of the best salary and benefits packages on offer in the region, you will have the ability to work from home two days per week and enhanced maternity and paternity pay; a menopause policy and a fertility policy.
The role will see you join a thriving Family department and take on a busy caseload comprising divorce, dissolution, financial remedies, pre and post nuptial agreements and private law children act proceedings. There will be ample opportunity for you conduct your own advocacy at Court hearings and to brief Counsel alongside assisting Senior Solicitors with their caseloads. You will be well supported by an experienced team who will help you grow your career and expertise in terms of professional development and also business development.
The successful Candidate Will:-
- Likely have between 0-3 Years PQE
- have experience working in a family law department
- Be ambitious, enthusiastic and willing to take a lead on client matters and business development.
